I have just returned from a wonderful photography workshop with Barb Uil of Jinky Art . I have returned from it feeling very inspired and will post some photos from the workshop soon, in the meantime I thought I would share ‘butterfly’.

We walk past this beautiful magnolia in Weybridge most mornings and I’ve been desperate to photograph it for years. Last year the rains were heavy and it spoilt the delicate flowers so given the super weather we are enjoying right now I knew I couldn’t miss the opportunity.

Gorgeous – love the soft tones. Magnolia is my absolute favourite. One day, when I have a garden big enough, I’m going to have a huge one in the middle of the lawn

I can’t believe it has taken me so long to introduce Bingo, the newest addition to our family! Bingo is an Italian Greyhound and a real cutie. I couldn’t resist dressing him up a little for this shoot!
